Exhibitor and Booth Staff Information
Exhibitor registration includes the booth, and one full delegate pass for the entire event. Each exhibitor may book up to 4 booth staff (based upon remaining availability) and they may be registered through the general registration link. Booth staff may only be booked once a booth has been reserved.
Booth staff fees apply to delegates who will ONLY be attending the meals, plenaries and exhibition area.
Booth staff delegates may NOT attend concurrent sessions but MAY attend plenaries.
Booth numbers will be confirmed upon selection and your company name will appear under the floor plan immediately. If the booth is already purchased you will need to select an alternate one to secure. Booths in the Exhibitor List above are no longer available. Once registered, a representative will reach out with further details. Please refer to the event program for setup and tear down times.
To obtain a member rate you MUST have your 2021 member fees paid in full; and you MUST renew the fees for 2022 prior to attending the show(s) you register for or the non-member rate will apply.
